Privacy Notice

What we collect

When you place an order request we may collect your name, phone number, delivery area, order contents and notes. The site also records limited anonymous shopping events such as search terms, products added to cart and completed order requests to help us improve stock and product selection.

How we use it

We use this information to process orders, communicate with customers, arrange delivery, prevent abuse, improve the shop and keep necessary business records. For security, the server may also keep short technical security logs with a one-way pseudonymous hash of the requesting IP address and the type of blocked or suspicious event.

What we do not do

We do not place admin passwords or private server configuration in browser JavaScript. We do not sell customer personal information.

Retention

We keep information only for as long as reasonably needed for orders, support, accounting, security and applicable legal obligations.
